For size reduction of your free-flowing bulk materials, the Vertica is a flexible hammer mill. It is an outstanding solution for animal feed, grain, oilseed and biomass processing, optimised for particle sizes < 60 mm, bulk densities of 0.2 to 0.8 kg/dm3, humidity content < 15 percent and temperature < 40 °C. With no need for aspiration, compared to horizontal hammer mills, the Vertica saves you 25 per cent of energy. For simple, thorough cleaning, the user-friendly design provides accessibility to 360o.Change-over is easy, allowing you to manage adjustments in a fast and simple way between raw materials.
