Swivel Valve Cooler Geelen
At LGPM, we offer Geelen Swivel Coolers. By pulling air through a product bed which is variable in depth, the Swivel Valve cooler operates. Via the inlet valve, the fresh product is continuously fed in, while the Swivel Valve discharger ensures the cooled product is smoothly discharged into the hopper. By raising the product bed gently before discharging, bridging of the product bed is avoided.

A level or temperature sensor activates the discharge mechanism and is operated by a hydraulic cylinder and power pack. Open and closed discharger positions may be changed by the controller or PLC, either manually or remotely.
Any type of granular substance can be treated by the Swivel Valve discharger. It is also the cleanest available discharge system that leaves no product after emptying in the cooler.
