Generally applied to dry materials with a bulk density of 0.2-0.8 kg/dm3, it impresses with high versatility of output and limited downtime.

The optimised speed of the hammer tip ensures efficient grinding. Our hammer mill generates a high throughput of up to 57 t/h, depending on the raw material and necessary granulation, in combination with wide screen areas.

What makes it perfect for your fine and coarse grinding applications is the possibility to equip our hammer mill with a wide range of screens (with screen hole diameters of 0.8 to 8.0 mm). The combination of several features, such as a wide door for easy entry, a frameless screen design and a locking mechanism for the hammer bar, allows simple and easy cleaning and maintenance.

To change screens or hammers, no tools are needed.
