At LGPM, we offer Geelen Counterflow triple grid coolers. The Triple Grid cooler operates by pulling air through a commodity bed which is variable in depth. The fresh product is fed continuously through the inlet valve, while the Triple Grid discharger ensures the cooled product is smoothly discharged into the hopper.

The discharger powered by the gear motor is activated by the level or temperature sensor. Discharging speed can be controlled through a pneumatic cylinder hand wheel or a two-position system. The Triple Grid discharger is especially suited for pelleted items with good flowing capabilities. Typical applications include feed pellet cooling, wood pellets, and pulp pellets.
